Poppimiru currently offers free standard shipping to eligible addresses within the United States.

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 6–12 business days, subject to the details and conditions described in our Shipping Policy.

Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs processing, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delivery problems and assist customers with shipping-related concerns.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch.

If your order is lost, materially delayed, damaged during delivery, or not received, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Section 6 — Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed.

To request a cancellation, email poppimiru@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Once an order has entered processing, cancellation may no longer be possible, even if the package has not yet been delivered.

If an order has already been processed, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our 30-day return policy.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests and refunds remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Section 7 — Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Poppimiru offers a 30-day return policy.

Customers generally have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an eligible return.

Returned items must generally be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags where applicable.

Certain exclusions may apply, as explained in our Returns, Cancellations & Refund Policy, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect product selection, customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping costs.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will evaluate the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution, including applicable return shipping arrangements.

We do not charge restocking fees.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Customers seeking another size, color, or product may request a return and place a separate order.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after approval, or sooner where required by applicable law.
